Ms. Janet Hanks, Mr. William Dickey, Summer, Holly and all the receptionist, I am writing to THANK YOU ALL and your entire law firm for all your hard. work, dedication, and complete understanding of my individual case. As you know quite well, I was unsuccessful on my own when I reached out to your law firm in a state if desperation and confusion. For sure my husband and I felt betrayed and defeated by our government. We were both overwhelmed with the paperwork, questions, language, and fear of being trapped by a web of medical terminology. I, for sure could no longer keep up as I use to, and my husband's priority was keeping his job and a roof over our heads if I'm being honest. I am so pleased with this law group. Everyone was wonderful with me from the onset, very patient and accommodating.
