Top notch group. They really care about the injured. They will go to bat for you. Melissa Wilson went to court with me and walked me through the process. If you call them they will either talk to you then or return your call. They really helped me and my family. I fought for six and a half years and they stuck with me the whole time. If I ever have to have help from an attorney I will use Piemonte.

The law firm was up front and honest with the "long" process. Melissa Wilson did as best with the situation that was possible. Did not receive the results that we wanted, but that happens when rules and regulations change...not in our favor. No poor reflection on the law firm...not their fault. They can only deal with the cards dealt to them by the government.

There are simply no words that would be able to express my and my family's gratitude for what the kind people at Piemonte have done for us. First, when I was forced to retire, they managed to present my case for Social Security Disability and get my award the first time, averting bankruptcy for our family. Simply put, they saved our family. A couple of years ago, events forced us to go back to the Veterans Administration for a rating review. Piemonte again stepped between my family and the VA and managed to get us a successful review. They again managed to help our family because they are simply very, very good at what they do. As I became disabled I required the help of a law firm to get Social Security Disability. Mr. Piemonte was great. He got me a favorable decision with social security disability.
