I can't express the gratitude I have for the Piemonte Law Firm. As a VSO (Veteran Services Officer) I was trained to help other veterans to apply for disability benefits with the Veterans Administration. My training was excellent but limited to only basic assistance. I discovered that I was not prepared to even help myself with this process of correcting my rating. As a Vietnam veteran with lung cancer due to Agent Orange exposure I found I was getting no where with the VA. Piemonte in particular Deana Adamson came through for me. She was able to march through the maze at the VA and helped me to attain an increased rating. Although I still have not received a proper rating Piemonte has refilled for me. Within one year, thanks in particular to Deana Adamson, I received a combined 80% rating for my disabilities. I am here to tell you, hiring Piemonte Law Firm was the best decision I ever made. They took a painful and difficult process and turned it into a speedy award. Deana is, in my opinion, the best lawyer I have ever met, she ALWAYS returns my calls the same day, walks me through every step of the process, and is on time, every time. My family and I are very grateful for her help and the invaluable knowledge she brings with her, even the BVA Judge said the case was prepared very well. I would recommend that every veteran would never use this law firm to represent you in any legal matter that has to do with the Veterans Affairs. They never did file any of my paperwork and refused to turn over all documents in my file. They say they document everything but, there are major gaps with there story as they lost my paperwork and then told me I didn't sign anything or even bring them paperwork that showed my disability rating. If you need help with your disability claims use a VSO to represent you. This law firm will not treat you with the respect you deserve.
