One of the staff did not know what a certified check was! I had to explain to her how the certified bank check I was holding was not a personal check. This still did not seem to register and so I was asked to get a money order. Sigh... I explained that a certified check is the same thing as a money order and I would not be running around to get anything else- She good! Lol Smh...
