My company Vocable Communications reached out to Ms. Boardman needing help drawing up contracts for client engagements. After speaking with her and hearing first hand her knowledge and expertise, we decided to hire her as a test to create a contract template. She talked to us about what our new business was to better understand what kind of protections would need to be in our contract and suggested additional items we weren't aware of. We had such a good experience with her that we hired her for help reincorporating in NC, which led us to having her review our operating agreement.
