Earlier this year, I contacted Ingalls Law, PLLC to see if they would represent me in a traffic matter. Ingalls took initiative and reviewed my case for me. I hired Attorney Ingalls after several failed attempts of trying to collect money that was owed to me after a breach of contract with a business partner.. Shortly after hiring Mr. Ingalls firm the case was settled and I started receiving the funds that were agreed upon. I would recommend hiring the Ingalls law firm to anyone that's having similar problems.

My wife has gone over 20 years without a moving violation. She was caught in a unwinnable situation on Tryon coming home from work one night. Short stop a yellow (with cars behind) or roll under it. She chose the latter. The 2 sherif cars that pulled he over (and called her "sir") were not swayed be the short yellow excuse (which it is). She got a "going through a continuous burning red light" infraction. The bill is $268 with court costs and a raise in our insurance which seems rough after both of us have gone so long without infractions. I brought this to the attention of Robert and he was more than happy to take a look even though it's not necessarily his specialty. I brought the paperwork he needed, gave him the info he needed to pull up my wives driving record and he took it all from there. I, or my wife, didn't have to do another thing. Rob was prepared and spoke with the Asst. DA and got the charges dismissed which was a huge load off our mind and pocket. When I spoke with Rob, he was attentive and interested in what I was saying and he was genuinely sympathetic for our situation. We have never had a need for an attorney before and I was unsure of what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised. Rob also made sure we knew the very minute he had a decision from the ADA. Days before the court date I was at his office and got a chance to see him in action again for another client. He, again, was as caring and sympathetic to that person's situation as he was mine. Rob brings a good light to the profession that is much maligned. He demonstrates attention, caring and professionalism and gets work done. Attorney Ingalls was very proactive with assistance in regard to my case. He kept me informed during the entire process. I will admit that I was skeptical in the beginning because of the distance and me being unfamilar with him or his firm but he was successful in turning my preconceived notions around for the better. Robert was very quick and to the point to help me when I was discharged for a supposed policy violation. Through cross exam, both the GM and the HR rep admitted there was no stated policy. Robert had identified this early on in the case, attacked it swiftly and pointedly, and the ruling was affirmed. I would use him again if ever in need.

Attorney Robert Ingalls had less than a 3 day notice to become familiar with my unemployment denial case however he presented it as if he had known my case and me for years; not to mention he and his office staff are very friendly, nice and professional.
