I retained almost 4 weeks ago and she just asked for my bank statements a week ago to help figure out my case. Now that i have retained all the papers she called me today to let me know she is quiting knowing that my court date is in TWO WEEKS. If those papers were so important that she was going to quit, dont you think you would have asked for them on day 1? Also all 3 times she said she was going to call me, she didn't. This case is more important to me than anything because it is over custody and child support problems affecting my child's future. Thanks for leaving me and my family in jeopardy. Also the "Law Firm" is simply in her house at the dinning room table. I should have known better when i arrived at a private home AND she was even late to our one and only meeting at HER HOUSE. Would not recommend for any legal assistance. And yes she is refunding my money minus the consultation fee.

Bill and Valerie are very hands on with their clients. You are not constantly talking to a receptionist or paralegal. They always personally take their clients' calls. And they are very good at explaining the legal process in a way that a non-lawyer can understand. I will refer anyone I know seeking legal help in the Charlotte area to this firm.
