Very Unpleasant experience, James Goard was very unprofessional using foul language and made us very uncomfortable. We left the Firm very upset and unsatisfied and do not want someone else to have to go through the same experience.

As a "poster girl" for this economy's recession and after moving to Charlotte and unable to secure work for the 10 years I've been here clearly for age discrimination, then being rear-ended twice in the onset of my twilight years, my situations required kid-glove care and concern and someone extremely knowledgeable with NC law.
