This firm let go of my case, because it wasn't a simple wham bam thank you man accident. If it is a serious case go elsewhere, like I did because they are out for their best interests, not yours thanks Randy Emory, my new attorney has an awesome case and a $750,000 letter of demand and because of the refusal on the original offer my case is no longer just limited to the limit of the policy now...But like I said they are in it for the quick cash and simple accidents , if you require surgery and other serious medical treatment ...I suggest seek councel elsewhere...and as you look all of their own employees and friends of employees posting here to raise the ratings....

The Emory Law Firm is excellent. I had a car accident in 2016. The staff handle my case in a professional manner and did not leave any legal issues un done. I would recommend anyone with personal injury to contact The Emory Law Firm.

Hate to have to say this, EMORY LAW FIRM is horrible!!!! I was in a triple car accident in July 2016, I have yet to get my settlement, medical bills are lowering my credit score, and after waiting almost a year to finally get an update on my case I find out that I'm going to get much less from this worse accident then when I first came to them from another accident and received more; UGH!!!!!!!!!!!.... I'd suggest stick to Crumley Roberts and Associates for handling your case WELL AND AFFORDABLY!!!!!!!!

Unapologetic, Christopher Hall the so called acting laywer, is extremely unprofessional as well as unprepared in handling his case loads. Since my accident on December 2015. I have only called him 5 times and twice, it was to inform him, about additional information regarding the case. The office gatekeepers, only take messages and/or forward your calls to a full answering machine. He refuses to return my calls or voluntarily call to update me, on the status of my case. Wherever he received his degree from. We as unsatisfied customers should petition his school, because they have failed to teach this youngman the essentials in business. Customer Service is paramount. Call Leigh O' Kelley with Erie . The rep handling this case and get this feces handled. And I AIN"T settling for pennies. The moral of this entry Bro. Customer Service Matters. Especially, when I make it a lifestyle to patronize my own first. To the OWNER: Due to his large caseloads and court appearances. Perhaps he should consider not taking on an excessive amount of cases. Is your company, service driven or greed driven? Maybe your not aware, but GREAT customer service builds a rapport and relationship for future clients/dealings.The respectable protocol would be, to hire someone to correspond with each client to inform them of their status, as it pertains to their case. It's called UPDATES. I do understand every case is dealt with uniquely. Basically, update your client at least once or twice a month for reassurances. EXAMPLE: Hey Bernard we are still in the process of gathering facts/ information regarding your case. That little gesture is worth 27%. Also, rather you've been in business for 15 years plus. That's not a barometer of success. The question is, are you really winning, when you have so many unsatisfied clients. I know for a fact, that I will never use your company again.

They have been working on my case here now for 6 months and i call twice a month and when i call they say the same thing that nothing has been done to my case and that they have no news. When i talk to my lawyer he say he will call me back and i do not hear from him. If you get into a accident or need help from a lawyer then do not go to them they are the worst and will not help you at all. You handling your case alone will be better than working with them. They are a waste of time and a waste of money.

James Gord and Emory Law Firm dropped the ball and ruined a clean cut case! Friend goes into Friends Bar in Belmont for a drink and to watch a basketball game last January (2014) and is assaulted by bar bouncer. Police called, video recording at bar shows that bar bouncer un-necessarily attacks patron, bar workers and witnesses concur that the bar bouncer was in the wrong --- Hospital records, photos of injury and bills were provided directly to Attorney James Gord. May of 2014 James Gord states to client that this basically in the bag. March 2015, advised by Gord that Emory Law Firm is dropping the case... "Nothing else can be done!" Really????? There was enough evidence in this case from the beginning to win a simple settlement for my friend's injuries! James Gord DID NOTHING... He never got the video from the bar. We provided all the bills from the hospital. The police report should have been available for the law firm to obtain. NO witness statements were attempted outside of the police reports (from the law firm)... THE BOUNCER WAS TERMINATED THE VERY NEXT DAY... and people are still talking about the incident...in Belmont. The bartender that was there then remembers the account... WHAT THE H***????
