Their customer service is very inconsistent! The person that answers the phone is not friendly at all. They are slow getting things done with very little communication. At the beginning they were calling me. Then I had to keep calling them for updates. I even had to go to the hospital to get the bill the claim they kept requesting!

I was in a bad car accident which left me traumatized and discouraged, it was my first big purchase ever and my first brand new car, James came in and saved the day!! Got me back a great amount!
