Inconsistent communication and follow-through
“I had little other choice but to fire Valerie Hein as my attorney in a custody case. I am beyond disappointed and appalled in the quality of care she displayed regarding my custody case. I had asked her questions multiple times with no answers and she never followed through (unless further prompted by me about the status) on what she said she would do from setting court dates to sending me information.”
