If I could put 1000 stars I would! Mr. Eric is so understanding and communicates in the best way possible. During the consulting call he told me the laws and possibilities for my speeding ticket and what he might be able to get it reduced to THEN we talked about his fees. He didn’t rush my payments and reassured me of everything, every step of the way

This law firm is a scam. If you don’t mind paying his fee of $550. On 2/6/2025 me and my niece spoke to him on the phone and I just wanted to know his attorney fee how much he charged to take the case for a speeding ticket that my niece have gotten. But he didn’t want to tell me, instead he was talking to me about the law which I know the basic of the law about having points on your driver license and what will happen if you accumulate a certain amount of points you will get your license suspended. He is very, very rude and he belittle you and talk down to you like you don’t know anything. When me and my niece told him that his fee is to much and that we will look around first he drop his fee down to $350 and I told him that is still a bit to much for us, he then drop it down to $250 and ask us how much we can pay right now and he will take that instead, he sounded very aggressive and hungry for our money only. So I told him no thank you that we will look elsewhere, he gotten very mad and he said he wasted his time on us for 30 mins but I told him that I didn’t ask him all those questions I only ask him about the attorney fees and he kept saying he’ll get to that part. So basically if he would have told me his attorney fee is $550 because he does the payment plans and if we don’t go with the payment planned then it’ll be $350, I would have told him no thanks. Definitely, do your research before letting any attorney take over your case, we have some fake attorney who will just want to take your money.

I reached out to this lawyer for help with a speeding ticket, but it was honestly a huge waste of time. The whole conversation was super frustrating—he was rude and kept going in circles like I was dealing with a much bigger case. We spent 20 minutes talking about the cost of my insurance, which ended up being totally irrelevant. I've talked to other lawyers, and this wasn’t even an issue for them. When I finally said I wasn’t interested anymore, he actually told me he was “glad I was going elsewhere.” If you want a lawyer who actually treats you with respect and professionalism, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Don't waste your time with this one. If you don’t mind being talked down to, though, he’s your guy.

I had a traffic ticket 08/25/24 that needed to be solved and I hired Eric from Inhaber for the case. They have a automated payment plan that takes out money every week from your bank account and our agreement was $350. They sent me a letter through my email and saying the price is $550 now. I didn’t sign the letter until I seen the price we spoke about on the letter. So I called him to let him know, this wasn’t what we spoke about. So he “changed it” back to $350 & I asked if I can receive that email on $350 I would have to paid. He said call his assistant for it. Days going by, they taking more money without sending the letter through my email. So I called him again to tell him that his assistant didn’t answer the phone & he was very disrespectful saying “ I gotta go, I got court & dealing with other clients, I already give you the number to my assistant, I gotta go.” After I was getting mixed feelings about him representing me due to him just being disrespectful & not being unprofessional like I’m not a client of his myself & I hired you & putting money in your pockets. A few days goes by, I called him again no answer. So I emailed him about it & asked about the letter but they still taking money out of my bank account. I sent him a email and said if you can’t help me with what I need from you & if it’s a problem for you, I don’t want you to represent me anymore and I would like a full refund, I don’t owe you anything cause I didn’t sign nothing & you haven’t represented me yet. He decided to call me back rising his voice at me & I had him on speaker & my mother heard him over the phone. She heard everything he was saying and he was being disrespectful & very unprofessional just because he up the price on me. He was saying “ Well I’m not going refund you anything & we spoke about the pricing & I drop it down to $350 for you”. “ I gotta pay my people and everybody have families to feed, it doesn’t work like that.” “ I’m a professional, I know what I’m doing, I’m educated”. “ You don’t know what you are talking about & you don’t know nothing about law”. My mother was basically telling him that what he did was wrong and told him that we will just take him to small claims court for the $200 I already had paid him & report him to the credit bureau about his poor service. I said I don’t want you representing anymore, why can’t I get a full refund back? He then made a comment talking about my mother doesn’t know what she’s talking about & she’s not educated enough and trying to go back & fourth with my mother. He then said “if we take him to small claims court, we won’t win”. So she humbled him and she said she has 2 Masters degrees & very much know what she’s talking about & won every court battles she came across. After this, the whole thing about him representing me was out the window. You not only disrespected me but my mother. But moral of the story, he up the charge on me to $550 instead of the $350 we spoke about, tried to belittle me, he’s very disrespectful & unprofessional for no reason, he likes to insult people about him having “more education” then them, & non of his staff answers the phone. I would not recommend him to nobody, save your money & your time. I choose another attorney that was way more professional and my case was dismissed. I haven’t received my money back from this man so I went to my bank to deal with it. He scams people out of their money. I didn’t sign the letter yet on purpose the first time they sent me because of situations like this, you would discuss a price & then all of a sudden it changes. He seen that I was a young lady & thought I didn’t“ I know better” so he tried to do a Ouuu weee, just being money hungry. Please do your research on attorneys as well, Eric was suspended for 3years out of a law license back in New York City a couple of years ago & if I would of have known, I wouldn’t have chosen him.
