I’m very disappointed with the service. They seem overly focused on taking payment without providing any clear information about the process. Despite asking questions, I couldn’t get proper answers about whether they deliver the service I need or even why payment is required upfront. It’s frustrating and feels unprofessional to demand money without offering any clarity.

Good respectful lawyers they always any questions you may have and I generally think they are doing a awesome job

I recently hired Sussman Law to review legal documents, and while the attorney demonstrated solid technical expertise, the overall service was disappointing. The fees were significantly higher than initially communicated (about 3x more), and the administrative team was disorganized. This resulted in erroneous charges for services I didn’t request and added unnecessary confusion. Communication was inconsistent, with delayed responses and vague information, requiring multiple follow-ups on my part. Unfortunately, due to the poor customer service and organizational issues, I cannot recommend Sussman Law for reviewing agreements.

Worst company, they don’t care about their clients at all . Don’t spent your money and energy !

Paid off for my case , they change my lawyer 3 times .. more thwn a year a go and nothing happened still trying to contact them several times texting and calling and nobody answer or call me back . BAD BAD BAD they are very irresponsible!
