They are friendly we just weren’t on the same page at the beginning but was able to renew. And it was pretty straightforward process. Jennifer did a great job getting things done.

When trying to choose a law firm (or any other service for that matter), it’s highly annoying when you have to pay $100+ just to ask ANY simple question about the services offered. I had to pay $100 and schedule a “consultation” just to get the attorney to tell me she’s not accepting new clients cause apparently that’s not something the front desk can do/say. Waste of my time and seems like a waste of the attorney’s time as well. Now I am left to monitor my bank account and call back the firm to check on my refund of the $100. This entire interaction could have taken 30 seconds. Instead it has taken almost 2 weeks.
