Lack of communication and updates from the legal team
“I've been waiting on calls and results for over a year and a half... Sometimes I get to speak to my attorney and most times it's the really sweet/professional paralegal. I know things happen and patience is a virtue, with that being said... I've called at least once a month for updates, if I didn't I WOULD NEVER KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON!”
