Five Stars Isn't Enough! Attorney Nesmith is 10+++++++ Stars!!! Having consulted with her on a delicate matter that was very disturbing and upsetting to one of our family members, Attorney Nesmith not only listened extremely well, but also empathically affirmed our (and our family member's) feelings in a manner that spoke understanding and empowerment to that family member. As a parent, it is never easy to see someone you love go through difficult experiences. However, knowing that someone like Attorney Nesmith is there to support and astutely guide your them through difficult terrain is reassuring and comforting. Prior to finding Attorney Nesmith, I'd talked to a number of attorneys most of who partly listened and were quick to not only rattle on in their "legal speak" and about their "fee." After a terrifying fall, my husband contacted Ms. Nesmith and was assured that she would be willing to take his case. She guided us through the proceedings with compassion and grace. Although it may be a delicate balance to achieve a professional yet warm demeanor, to our delight, she displayed these qualities flawlessly. Although always the consummate professional, she treated us like family. She was honest with us as to what drawbacks there could be to our case. Nonetheless, she was able to skillfully and tirelessly negotiate with the opposing parties to obtain a settlement for him.
