Very dissatisfied will speaking to the lawyer for help. Purchased a home in Waxhaw, and was looking for help in regarding safety for my family, and knowledge in regards to HOA fees. The lawyers name I believe was Brian said his rates are 250 and hour and I am not the person to assist you.. stay away from this firm as they are useless!!!

First rate service!

I had a great experience with Auger and Auger Law Firm. I really liked how this was a family law firm, I felt like I received much better service and had access to my lawyers whenever I needed them. Herb and everyone at the office were all friendly and personable; I recommended them to a friend who was also really happy with their work.

I was involved in a rear end collision (not my fault) that resulted in injuries to myself and substantial damage to my vehicle. Upon the initial report to my insurance and the filing of the police report, I received communication shortly thereafter from the at fault insurance company wanting to settle and settle quickly. I soon realized that I was in over my head trying to negotiate with them and at the recommendation of my physician, I reached out to Auger and Auger and explained my situation. The one thing that struck me immediately was their willingness and ability to listen to my situation. In return they laid out a plan of action and explained the representation process clearly and concisely to me. This was a relief and I accepted their offer of help and resolve the matter. As a result, the firm was able to negotiate, quite well, a satisfactory settlement for me. A life lesson to remember here is that insurance companies negotiate settlements with people every work day of the year. This was my first time for which I was under prepared for. So my advice to anyone involved in a collision or injury related experience, is to seek proper representation and Auger and Auger will be an excellent place to start.
