Never calls clients back in a timely manner. It took Brad Balaban 4 years to settle my case when I finished all medical treatments. Poor communication, always has a list of excuses never available. I thought I would get a high end lawyer because of the Marcari name, but I was very wrong. I felt like because my case wasn't a load of money, that it was a second thought for the law firm. Will NEVER use them again.

Brad Balaban represented me well and was very responsive. Very professional and willing to go the extra mile. If I'm involved in another auto accident, I will definitely use this office again.

Im at the most crucial point I believe in my case right now.. and to my knowledge this firm has been as honest as they promised in advertisement. Up to date I have no complaints of the service and/or people I actually thoroughly enjoyed the energy from the client coordinator Tony Brabham. Only time will tell how it plays out in the end, but they got me a second opinion from the first doctor. And we discovered I needed physical therapy. I had a concussion and could not process what I was feeling physically. Had I not called this firm, the chances of me healing properly from this accident virtually didn't exist. Thank you guys (and ladies) , Rachel Brooks you too, are amazing!

I had the best experience with Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban, my accident was scary in general but it was intimidating thinking about what I had to do next and they took care of me from the beginning, met with me right away, they were very professional and helped me through every step of the way.
