I arrive at my appointment early and Mr. Hall did not hesitate to meet with me. I appreciated all the insight that he provided. I needed a will and other related documents prepared and Mr Hall responsed right away via email. I told him what my needs were and he was able to prepare all the right documents immediately. He always was very nice, respectful and timely. After I received the documents I was able to set up a time to meet him at the office. When I arrived everything went smoothly and he answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend Mr Hall to any potiential clients! Thank you so much for all your help. I feel secure knowing my family is taking care of!

Doug was very helpful in doing our will in a very timely manner. He answered all of our questions regarding paperwork thoroughly and drafted up the papers specifically to our requests. Doug was organized, kept up with the case in a timely manner as we had discussed / agreed, completed next steps / action items and then provided updates to keep me informed of progress. He was transparent (informing me of the process, expected timelines, next steps needed) and trustworthy (always did what he said he would do) throughout the entire time.
