My journey started in the fall of 2019. I was denied benefits from the Va for copd for asbestos exposure during my tour of duty in the US Navy. MRSB set me up with attorney Dawson Rouse along with his paralegal Heather Dropp. Without their knowledge and help I would have continued to be denied benefits. Through their steadfast support and diligence my appeal was a success. I cannot express my gratitude to this law firm along with Mr. Rouse and Mrs. Dropp thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help in receiving benefits. The WORST experience after more than 2 years still have to beg for information about my daughter case . When I was looking for a law firm to handle the car accident my 15 years old daughter was involved a read a review from another person and she was complaining about the same thing and didn't believe it. But please believe me is truth.

Had a great phone conversation with Haley Branham about a putting in a new percentage VA claim. She is a highly motivated, very helpful, and outstanding professional. When you need help it is great to have a person like Haley available. Thank you!

Do NOT use this firm. They need to correct their voicemail. They do Not return calls, people handling things that are Not Attorneys, Attorney leaves firm and work loan not touched for MONTHS etc they need a negative 5 rating!

I was highly impressed with this firm. Brad started with my case, and Savannah closed it for me! I was happy with Savannah and more impressed by her quick responses and patience with me while waiting for a resolution to my claim. I would recommend you let this firm handle your motor vehicle claim. Savannah went above and beyond. And took care of my. I felt like I was the only client she had. When I know I wasn’t. 5/5. I cannot discourage you strongly enough...do not hire these people! It takes A LOT for me to write a negative review, and i truly don't enjoy doing it, but Sperry has undoubtedly earned this review. Let me give you some quick bullet points of things I experienced in one RE transaction: - NEVER received a title search from them. - My assigned paralegal left the company mid-transaction with absolutely no warning and I was handed off to someone else that had no clue about my file. - The closing date has been pushed off time and time again....currently sitting at 3 weeks behind the scheduled close date and still NOT CLOSED. - One of the many days I thought we were going to close, the attorney emailed and said "we didn't schedule a notary" and come to find out it was worse than that - they hadn't even sent the closing package to the seller yet. The seller couldn't have signed anything if he wanted to! - despite many attempts, I never once could get the attorney on the phone to speak with me. I honestly don't know for sure that I'm dealing with a human on the other end. I could go on but you get the point. These people are incompetent, apathetic, and impersonal. If you have another option for legal services PLEASE, for the love of God, take it. We all need to do our part to make sure businesses like this are weeded out.

I was rear ended back in March of this year and since then it has been hard trying to find out the status of my case … there are hardly any email follow ups or anything and when I have talked to an lawyer their responses are always dry and lacking … my paralegal left and no one bothered to inform me …I had to call to find out that she had left it is now August and I have not received word on anything ….. do not deal with this company

I am currently waiting on settlement for over a year. The first lawyer resigned. I thought being with a large firm would help my case. They only handle injury. I was assigned a new lawyer. My treatment was completed months ago. I have learned my lesson. Never again.

Would not recommend working with them.

1 year, two months, and 3 attorneys and 3 paralegals later still no settlement. Please use any other firm but this one. You will never get a follow-up call on your case.
