Mrs. Quinn helped our small business with a client of ours that requested warranty repair above and beyond what the warranty covered. We strive to provide all of our clients with quality work, pricing and customer service. In this case the client requested we perform work outside the scope of which we were hired to do. We attempted to resolve the issue with the client directly and were unsuccessful in reaching an agreement. We hired Mrs. Quinn to be the go between and to clarify the scope of the work that we would perform. She took the weight off of our shoulders and handled the negotiations flawlessly. She always strived to understand the industry lingo to make sure that both parties were satisfied. We have recommended her to several we know already.

Nicole did our closing for us our recent refinance on our home. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. She keeps her customer well informed of the process and answered all questions with plenty of patience.
