I called to ask a couple general questions, one was even simply about pricing. Their receptionist said, “do you want to schedule a meeting with the attorney”? I asked if there was a fee to simply meet to ask my general questions and she said, “I’m not an attorney, do you want to schedule that meeting”? I then said no and she hung up on me. I have a very simple transaction in Clemmons and was planning to use them to do a simple small land purchase. Needless to say, I did not schedule an appointment. The least they could do is answer my very general questions over the phone so I know what to expect.
