I didn't make it past the incoming receptionist:
$2000 retainer +$200 an hour.
And I'm 1000% truly innocent...
And it's not even a misdemeanor?!
But not having a familiar family name that goes back 150 years, I pretty much brushed OFF.
This could've been set up with autopay, from my social security ✔️ check. I was tossed in jail 4 days.?!

RULE 1.6 CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION
(a) A lawyer shall not reveal information acquired during the professional relationship with a client unless the client gives informed consent.A lawyer who has received a client's confidences cannot repeat them to anyone outside the legal team without the client's consent. In that sense, the privilege is the client's, not the lawyer's—the client can decide to forfeit (or waive) the privilege, but the lawyer cannot.

Would not recommend. Charged for phone calls when we were just trying to get them to do their job and inform us. Emails were never responded to. Until I called them out on it or sent it a seconded time asking if they had recieved it. Charged 20.00 for the case manager to put a court date on attorney's calendar . Ridiculous.
