Impossible to get a hold of anyone at the office. Gave incorrect advice and didn't resolve anything. Cost me a lot of money. I'm not sure they should even be practicing law. Completely ridiculous.

Do not use Megan Baumgardner she told opposing counsel what we talked about and violated Attorney Client Privilege. I fired her in court. She refused to defend me against the allegations. Her advice was either comply with opposing counsel turn over your financial records and give any interest to them as well. I got an order in my favor. I get rid of bad lawyers we must file complaints with the NC State Bar.

John Lewis will not answer, been calling for 4months and no response. And he also signs your paperwork, without your knowledge. Honestly I’m about ready to report him to the bar. He was court appointed and he is not representing me whatsoever and I guess if you don’t have money you have no rights and will be misrepresented. He will not speak to me or my family.
