Watch out this place is the worst place in concord. I was screamed at by the blonde women who works here. She harrassed me and treated me like a dog. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay clear local folk.

The very first time i have ever had a court appointed attorney(Baumgardner)Actually call me to inform me of my new court date that she took upon her self to cont. Thank you for your great services,Other wise i would have found myself with a FTA due to the amount of family stress an everyday life we are struggling also with my other half loosing 4 imedate family members all within 3 months time ...... I'm here to warn you, I've used dozens of attorneys and they usually fight for me, that's why they get paid the big bucks. Baucom did nothing to communicate with me on my case, it was extremely difficult to get intouch with him or his assistant, I can't remember one time he was actually available. No communication, I had to show up 5 times to court, he was there once on day 1, the 5th time I was called to court he didn't show so I fired him and fought the case, I won. No thanks to Baucom. My advice, don't hire an attorney who's assistant is rude.

The lawyer that we are dealing with is giving us the around...to which is has been almost a whole year. We were told by someone else that he very very lazy and why do we chose to work with him. If nothing is done on our behalf soon...we want a total refund back.
