We have used Medlin & Medlin several times in reference to land transfer, such as buying, selling and transferring property. Mr. Medlin has always followed our request to the letter, giving us directions on what is proper and lawful. On a couple of occasions, I had gone to the government center to get information and permits and what I would have to do or what was already completed, when I mentioned Mr. Medlin, I was informed that if he was the Lawyer on the job I need not worry it was or would be done correctly and completely. My wife Maureen and I have known Mr Medlin over 20 yrs. He is the most honorable man and we both have the greatest respect and would always use him.
