Mr. Hasting is an amazing lawyer. I had a custody case where DSS took my child and until the very end told the courts I shouldn’t get her back. Fighting Dss is like fighting an impossible battle. Mr Hastings help bring my daughter home, without him she would have been given to some random foster family. Mr. hasting saved my family! If your looking for a lawyer stop now you have found him. Mr. hasting and his assistant (BJ WEISS) are amazing... and if you happen to have to go against him. GOOD LUCK!

Mr. Hastings is extremel unprofessional I see most of his reviews are old. He constantly hit on me during the consultation. I denied his advances and he proved I would suffer for it.

In legal situations, there's Lawyers, and then there's LAWYERS. Mr Hastings is undoubtedly, the best.

Mr. Hastings is a PHENOMENAL attorney! I had a very complicated divorce case involving equitable distribution of a family business. I initially hired a different attorney, but after realizing how difficult the opposing party was going to make things, and after numerous personal referrals, I pulled out the big guns and hired Mr. Hastings. Upon hiring him he immediately took the reigns and had a deposition scheduled within a week, and within a month we had made more headway than I had made in six months with the previous attorney. Mr. Hastings is a highly experienced, no non-sense attorney who knows how to get the job done to achieve the most positive results for his clients. Unlike many other attorneys, he will not waste your time by simply telling you what you want to hear, nor will he nickel and dime you for every little thing just to hike up your bill. He is very direct and does not sugar coat the truth. Through the deposition, mediation, and arbitration for my case, as well as a child custody hearing that I had the opportunity to witness him represent another client, he always maintained a very professional, commanding presence both in and out of the courtroom. He has an extremely effective questioning style that is both calm and intimidating to the opposing party. I could not be happier with the outcome of my case!
