Mr. Hastings is the STRONGEST attorney in NC!!! After a long string of six attorneys and endless consultations, he is the ONLY attorney to tackle my aggressive, obnoxious, opposing Charlotte law firm. He is the "BIG GUNS" I needed to settle my case. He is a legal master and works his deposition to build an inpenetrable defense. He patched holes in my custody order which other lawyers left open for attacks. He is assertive and speaks up in court where other attorneys sat, silently, letting me fall. I cheered inside when his quick thinking and assertive court performance sent enemies running from the stand!! His intimidating persona is great to deal with other lawyers. If you do everything he says and pay on time, he will be the fierce weapon you need. He is affordable because he and B.J. are an efficient team and communicate well. Save your money on consultations. I've already done the groundwork here. Hastings is the BEST OF THE BEST!!!!

Mr. Hastings has been my attorney for several years for child custody and support. He is aggressive and does not put up with bs. He is honest and tells you how it is. Great attorney.

I would not recommend for child support or custody cases it’ll be a waste of the amount which I didn’t think I would waste $1500. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a lawyer. My first court date was forgotten stated that the they mixed up the days, which was a red flag already. I used him for child support case and even though I make 10k less per year than the other parent and have 50/50 of my middle child, also pay monthly for my older 2 kids and have 70/30 custody with their mother I still was ordered to pay $800 per month and I was already supporting my child whom I went to court regarding in the case. This is also with me providing health care to all 4 of my children. The only good thing out of it was that I had representation, just not good representation!
