I recently reached out to Karney/Clayton Law Firm to settle a case with the United States Postal Service. June of 2021 I got in a motorcycle accident and was worried about hospital bills and being out of work. My dad told me to call Karney law firm and they handled everything for me, from making sure my motorcycle expenses were cover to insuring all my hospital bills and time out of work was paid for as well. Any questions or concerns I had, Alisha was always willing to help and answer them either by phone or email. I would 10 out of 10 definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank y’all again!

This was my first accident. I had just ended my maternity leave and I started a new job working in Charlotte. It was two months of working at this new job. That I was heading home from work. I was only two minutes away when the accident happened. The next day, after the accident, I didn't know who to turn to. My boss at the time, recommended that I reach out to Bob Karney. He mainly specializes in Motorcycle accident, but he said that he would help me out. Was I thrilled with the wait time, no. My accident happened on May 11th. This whole case didn't get resolved until 01/31/22. Mr. Karney made sure to fight for my case. To my understanding, I wasn't going to get any settlement from the insurance. Mr. Karney wanted to make sure I was being taking care of. So, after months and months of waiting. We finally received an offer. Not only did my medical bills get paid off , but I also received a bit of money for myself. I wasn't expecting much to be honest. I was maybe thinking about 1K or 2K for myself, but I appreciate Mr. Karney and especially Terry Taylor assistance through all this.
