Everyone in this office was great! They worked hard and diligently to help settle my case. Every phone call or email was always returned in a timely manner. They really care about you as a person and not just as a case.

I can tell you about Bob coming to the hospital to see my husband in person, or how the entire team were brilliant and attentive. Or, I can tell you that Alisha, Sean and every one else on the team work extremely hard for the client, with the feel of the biker family. The reason for 4.8 stars is simple.... THEY EARN 'EM!!!!

In late December of 2018, while riding my motorcycle I was struck from behind by a distracted driver. It was a terrible accident, that destroyed my bike and sent me to the hospital by ambulance. My riding buddies, all of them, told me to call Bob Karney. I met with Bob and his staff a week later and walked in unsure of what to expect, based on horror stories that I heard from others, who'd used a different firm. Bob and Sean spoke with us, using everyday terms we could understand and not legal terms above our heads. Both seemed knowledgeable and caring about my ordeal. My wife and I, based on that conversation, choose them to represent me. Once we made that decision, the gloves were off! Sean and his staff, Ben and Alisha, jumped in to make me whole again, physically and monetarily. As weeks turned into months, they were constant in their pursuit of our goals. Ben handling the physical damage to the motorcycle and Alisha handling the doctor's and bills. At no moment during this process, did I ever wonder if I had made the right decision by having Bob Karney and his team of professionals represent me. Understand that going into these type situations, it is months not weeks, to get to the end. But throughout the entire process, all four of these friendly, professional people were just a phone call away. I had never gone through this type of situation, and I hope never to again, but if I do, Bob will get the call. Dont screw around with people who claim to know what they are doing, go to the people that know what they are doing.

The whole staff was pleasant and very helpful. I wasnt able to walk after my accident, and they came to my home to check on me, and to get any information they needed.
