As a real estate broker, I have used Knipp Law on many occasions. They are prompt, efficient and communicate very well. If I have a question, I can pick up the phone and speak to an attorney, or if one isn't immediately available, I will receive a call back the same day. Great Team!!!

I have closed with Knipp Law Office on three different occasions now. His staff is knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. I would suggest no one else and will continue to use their office. The office staff is very nice and professional. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Excellent people.

We waited over an hour at their new Office in Concord, and once we got in, the numbers on the papers works were incorrect. After it was corrected and we signed, I was told that a refund will be issued to us with no mention of the amount. I was given the option to be mailed or pick up. I informed the attorney that I will pick up that check whenever is ready. After done singing, we left the office. A few hours later, we had a call from the same office which we just left to tell us we must do a fund wire transfer close to $1640 which we did. Now, forget about picking up a check from their office. The following day Friday March 9th, we were told by our realtor to evacuate the house and remove all our belongings, and the seller realtor will come and get the key from us because the wire fund that we have sent on Thursday March 8th didn't go through. Two hours later, the fund finally went through and we were told to stay in our new home and have no worries. A month later, my home insurance contacted me to let me know that my home insurance will be cancelled due to none payment from the attorney office. I don't know what kind of attorney office this firm is running, I will never ever recommend this firm or farm I should say to anyone. Ridiculous & absurd service. Period!

They had the paperwork for two months and did not start getting the homeowners information for closing until three days before closing. They said they were sorry they just didn't stay on top of this.
