I can highly recommend Louise Paglen of The McIntosh Law Firm. She assisted my mother with estate planning and health care documents. She was able to easily talk to my mother and explain the benefits and reasons for all the documents she needed, which helped greatly. The entire staff was professional and courteous. MacIntosh also has a schedule of fees for estate planning, so we knew beforehand what we were getting and at a fixed cost, which many other firms do not offer. We got paper and electronic copies of everything, and they even did the filings with the state. They were also able to turn the documents around in short order (so we could complete them while I visited Mom). If you're in need of elder care legal services, Louise is the attorney for you.

Very professional staff and thorough.

Louise Paglen and the team at McIntosh did a fantastic job representing us in a complex Medicaid case. She ultimately proved more knowledgeable regarding Medicaid Law then the local Department of Social Services. We ultimately prevailed in our case as a result of her expertise. My only regret is not hiring her to represent us years earlier!! Highly recommended her and McIntosh.

My mom died and I needed to find a lawyer to help with estate matters and this was by far the most expensive one I talked to. Was looking up pro Bono lawyers and this was one that came across but $450 an hour is way out of my price range considering the average I had talked to prior to them was $300 an hour.
