Will not listen! There is a conflict of interest for Chris gelwicks to represent our community. He represented our president in a civil lawsuit against a previous board. We have notified Chris 3 times asking for a audit. No response. New members complain about lack of transparency . Our gates do not work, our entrance is a dump and needed repairs never get fixed or complete. Older members are afraid of the president and her family. We do not receive information on lawsuits. Members sent a letter to Chris asking he terminate his relationship with us. No response.

We had an awesome experience with the Law firm. They were professional, caring, thoughtful and thorough. They made a thorny legal issue simple to understand and once we reached an agreement on the plan, their execution was flawless.
