I am going through a horrible divorce. I asked around and every one I talked to told me to go see Tracy. When we spoke for the first time and she heard my story she told me that I had a case and that she’d do everything in her power to help me get some type of relief. As of now, she’s protected my career by shutting down frivolous motions, made sure I was paid what I was owed, and even got my dog back. Her entire staff is very empathetic and work hard to help I’m anyway they can. Her paralegal, Andrea, emailed me often to keep me appraised of the situation and always has kind words of encouragement. No one wants to deal with this type of stuff, BUT if you are in a bad situation then you’re gonna want Tracy in your corner!

Ms. Carter recently represented me in a case that was not easy for me. She was very professional , timely and compassionate. Ms Carter represented my friend in a chapter 13, when there were issues she would not return the calls or emails. A chapter 13 is 3-5 years and the attorney is paid 1500 up front and monthly, so this relationship has to last. Please consider another Atty if you need long term support.

My friend went there for the bancrupcy ane he particularly asked not to list one of the vehicles. Vehicle had my name as well. So I was continue paying and he was paying amount that court ordered. So we were paying double. Also the internal massages are not being carried among the stuff. They are going back and forth.....Anyway comunication is zero. E mails or phone massages are never returned.

We hired this person to file paperwork to negotiate a settlement after being fired from a company. The repeated nagging, rude phone calls and a ten minute voice mail begging us to return a phone call right that minute for unnecessary information made me realize that something was very wrong with this person. We paid this person for the work that they did manage to complete to our satisfaction, but warned her that she may be referred to the NC Bar for disciplinary reasons due to the nature of her personal conduct. Refute this if you wish lady, but I couldn't make this kind of thing up.
