I'm so greatly for attorney Daughtry for all her help, after 18 years being a convicted felon as of today my record is now expunged. On behalf of me and my kid's thank you . A great attorney . ☆☆☆☆☆

I have been a customer for over 20 years but I have always dealt with Mr. Hayes. This time it was with Mr. Turner. If Turner is your attorney run for the hills. I had a car accident that was not my fault. I have had 3 in my 51 years of living. I have used HWTD all three times. First accident was over 20 years ago. The second was 6 years ago and this last one was three days ago. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. I was only there to sign papers and leave not be treated the way I was. I should not have to prove it because I have always used them and never had a problem. It was just an accident so there was no reason to lie. This man was very rude and basically told me if I don't like it go somewhere else. which I did and you should too. These are bad and evil people. I only seek to warn others which I will be doing from now on. That is my only purpose for writing this review. DON'T GO TO HAYES, WILLIAMS, TURNER AND DAUGHTRY. They are evil there.

I had a bogus charge of communicating a threat that prevented me from gaining certain employment. The charge was from 2013 and I didn’t find out about it until 2016 when I applied for a job. I was in shock! Especially for something that I didn’t do. I was not in the state of NC. I live in Houston, TX. I researched law offices and found this one. I had some scepticism at first but I got in touch with them. They called me in 48 hrs and told me that my case was dismissed. I want it expunged but I’ll work on that next year. I’ll be starting a new job Monday!
