“She's the dirtiest lawyer I ever seen. We are going to the North Carolina Board association on her and plus NAACP. Her secretary is rude. The don't care about nothing but the money so if you don want to go to prison don't hire Attorney Penny Bell”

“came to her office was quoted $500 to handle a ticket or $1500 to get license back, i paid the $1500 she took care of tickets after i was locked up for her not showing up in court,now cant get help with license or partial refund, no one in office is of any use,”

“Wow, the women that works at her office with the long black hair is so rude and disrespectful. If you have to hire this lawyer don't worry about talking to her because you will never because your conversations will be only with the staff in the office and one is very rude as I described above.”
