Very helpful and knowledgeable attorneys

Meredith Nicholson and her team did outstanding work for us as we pursued a custody matter in Family Court. They guided us well in drawing out historical facts to support our case, gathered records from other sources, and compiled such detailed findings of fact that even the judge remarked on it. Meredith was brilliant during the court hearing, adapting her strategy to the circumstances and further strengthening our case with her cross-examination skills. Although Meredith was very much representing us, I could see that she still had a heart for the defendants’ situation and was ever mindful of what was best for the children. Meredith and her team were very responsive when we had questions, and nudged us for decisions when needed. We highly recommend NicholsonPham.

As a result of some procedural errors, I found myself in a situation where I was served with papers five days before I was due in court. On one occasion, due to a marital combined student loan, Attorney Meredith Nicholson reached out to the network of local attorneys to help the case. The information was IMPACTING on the final outcome and my future. In late Dec 2019, I contracted the Firm for a 37-year-marriage separation and divorce described later by the judge as a "complicated, unusual case." My spouse: had left the country to live in Venezuela; and with two exceptions, did not appear in court,; did not retain an attorney until the end; did not sign court-ordered documents; submitted motions (via a friend) outside of the norm that required my attorney and the court to address; among other behaviors. Thus, obtaining an equitable division of marital property (assets/debts) was challenging due to joint student loans and an uncooperative spouse living outside of the country. Retain NicholsonPham, LLC, you will be glad you did.

In my opinion, the NicholsonPham law team is the most knowledgeable in the region with regards to all things related to LGBTQ+ needs. In addition, they are professional, responsive and can even help identify qualified lawyers in other states when needed.
