I was referred to Drew by a trusted friend of mine after being involved in a pretty intense car accident that led to an ER visit, a concussion, and a significant eye injury. I happened to already be dealing with enormous stress in several other aspects of life at the time and was certainly in no mood to go through a long, painful insurance claim process, especially not on my own (then again who is...) I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that hiring Drew Haywood was the single best decision I could've made at that time. I am an analytical person with a LOT of questions about process, what to expect, etc. In other words: I'm no easy sell and expect folks to take the time to engage with me in good faith, field my questions, and put me at ease before moving forward with an engagement like this. Drew was thoroughly patient and took all the time I needed to equip me with the info I needed to make the best decisions on how to move forward with the case. For all aspects that required my direct involvement throughout the process, he made things as clear and easy as they could possibly be to move things forward. After some time (and working through some curveballs the person-at-fault tried to throw our way to escape culpability), I couldn't have been happier with the settlement of the case and where things landed overall.
