Mr.Griffin was an absolute help to me. He handle my case in a timely manner. He was very professional, understanding, and has great communication abilities with updates on the case status. Being that I was out of state he assured me that everything will be fine. He makes himself very accessible via calls/texts or emails for any questions I may had. I was stressed out about a dwi charge. I was walked through the process by a patient Attorney Griffin. I lost in district court but went on to appeal for a jury trial. Attorney Griffin continued to walk me through the process and even made sure I resisted my own impulses to make some bad decisions. I ended up with an acquittal! He knows what he is doing. Just be honest and you are in great hands. He will work hard for you! I've seen it in action!

Our daughter was in a situation that was totally place on her by a malicious person of power at her job. What made it worse is that our daughter is a college student and the situation could have affected her future tremendously. As parents, we wanted to assist our daughter and secure a fair chance for a good future for her. The best way we knew to do that was to secure a lawyer to fight on behalf of our daughter because as hard as we try, mom & dad cant fix everything. Our daughter goes to school in Durham and we tried to secure a attorney in our hometown of Fayetteville to defend her.
