I spent several years and now battling my chronic illnesses for 6 years after I fell on my job. My condition continues to get worst over the years. A few years after my injury, I was recommended to Roberti Wicker Lauffer & Cinski PA from a family member who helped with his disability case. The lawyer who was assigned to my case was R. David Wicker Jr. He’s very compassionate, and truly concern about my situation. His assistant, Yvonne Sanchez, was also friendly as well. They were so friendly that it felt like I’ve known them for a while. They were almost like my second family. Anytime that I had any questions or concerns, they were always available to assist me throughout the entire process. My case was very difficult because it took years for my doctors to pinpoint the possible cause for my health condition. Mr. Wicker and Ms. Sanchez did an incredible job. I am truly grateful that they looked out for me and helped me win my case. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who needs disability. I am forever thankful. Choosing this law firm was the best decision I have ever made.

Worse place ever

My case was not handled properly. An appeal was suppose to be filed for my case and was never done. When questioned I was told I never requested an appeal. I was awarded $43 and was being told I didn't want that appealed. Are u kidding me!! Why would anyone accept a $43 award and not want it appealed?? The person that worked for my lawyer was always rude and never returned calls or emails. That person was also the one that said I didn't want to appeal my case. Try someone else if you want your case and yourself to be treated properly.

The best lawyer in Durham, when other lawyers could not help for 3 years. Mr. Samuel Roberti did in about a year. I have really never given a review of a person or of anything for that matter. But on Aug 12, 2015, our world changed, completely, my husband had a terrible work accident that left him disabled. After 3 years of battle with a total incompetent lawyer, who lost my husband's LTD and SSD, because he just had no clue. Then we met Mr. Samuel Roberti........the best dam lawyer in Durham! Miguel Munoz is a great Lawyer. He is very knowledgeable, respectful and good at his Job. He explains everything about your case to you in details. I never had an issue getting in touch with him. If he doesn’t answer he returns calls in a timely manner. Miguel has took care of a few cases for my husband and me. Which we were very satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend Miguel and his team.
