I can’t find enough awesome words to explain Attorney Ken Duke. Any bad jokes or negative preconceptions of attorneys DO NOT apply to Ken. I worked in the legal field in Chicago for 20 years. I have never experienced an attorney who responded so quickly, interacted so directly, and turned around a precarious situation such as mine in such a short time. After reaching out to his office, I received a call from Ken within 24 hours. I was shocked by the time he took to speak with me about the details of my case, and even more shocked when he told me his fee (I’m not saying it is cheap, but I’ve seen some attorneys fees that would make a person want to pass out). I had recently moved to NC for a job when I received a very serious speeding ticket. I didn’t realize that the speed limit had dropped by 15 miles per hour (also - I actually thought I was on a different highway). Shortly after I moved to NC I had to leave due to health issues caused by the allergens there. I couldn’t return for my court date and was told by the clerk’s office to call back after the scheduled date to get a new date. Long story short, I had two deaths in my family just after my missed court date and I completely forgot about the hearing. Months later Ken helped me figure out numerous complexities that were caused by my missed court date and out of state license. Even after Ken thought he was done with my case, I needed a bit of extra assistance. He responded to me immediately and just as quickly obtained and sent me the proper documents I needed - (and didn’t charge me extra😆). I am astounded by his caring demeanor, lightening speed responsiveness, and exceptional professionalism. To sum it up I will use a sewing reference. Ken is the backstitch (that’s a reinforcement seam ☺️) in a world that is falling apart at the seams. It’s nice to know there are still quality caring people willing to help someone who dropped the ball, heck I threw the ball (heck I threw the ball a 1,000 miles!) Mere words cannot express my gratitude for Ken! He took a huge burden from me when he took care of my case!!! I count my blessings that I chose the perfect attorney when I did my Google search. I would suggest you choose the same 😊.

For 5.0 stars he couldn’t help me with my case. Paid a lawyer for no reason told me to Plea guilty and he would get me a driving permit I didn’t qualify for. Paid for the permit and got rejected and I also paid for court fees. Completely regret getting him as a layer !

I have not had a speeding ticket or a warning for about 10 years but the Covid times may have made be not think about speeding a little. I received 2 tickets within two weeks and both were over 20mph so I was in a bit of a trouble. I don't know how but Mr. Kenneth Duke took care of both in the best way possible. I won't go in detail but I would pay double easily for the services he provided me...triple easily...quad I would for the amount of money I would be saving on insurance costs. Just an amazing experience. I wish he did other legal advising than just traffic tickets because I would hire him for all my legal matter...lol

Attorney Duke is the best of the best of the best!!! I was charged with a bad speeding in Durham county, the county with the strictest traffic laws in the world, and the case ended up with the dismissal of the speeding charge and my license was saved! I couldn’t think of anything better! Thanks attorney Duke, words can’t describe my appreciation.
