Since hiring Leto Copely and team, we have not only not regretted it, but we know each day how lucky we were to find her! Another thing that was a pleasant surprise after meeting and hiring Leto is that she has a team of paralegals and assistant attorneys that are second to none. When you are the best, you attract the best team around. The reason the entire team is so important is that it’s not just Leto herself who is responsive, compassionate, patient, intellectually unparalleled, and to top that off the most kick-butt attorney (think pit bull with a smile) out there, but she is surrounded by those with the same qualities. Leto was highly recommended to me for a personal injury case. She is killer good and tough as nails. At every step of the process she kept me involved and informed. I felt very well prepared for the deposition and mediation. It was fascinating to witness her achieve an excellent settlement for me. When I first hired Leto I was a very sick client as the result of injuries sustained at work. There were witnesses who gladly agreed to witnessing the "freak" accident that lead to my inability to function with little quality of life. Workers compensation representatives denied me the care I needed to survive. Once Leto came on board she went to court 8 times on my behalf and won each time. The outcome was that WC was ordered to allow me to be treated for my injuries as well as, pay for my treatments. I fell at work 12/11/02. I will always we in pain and live with the results of that awful moment. After all these years Leto continues to stand strong when WC employees decide that I am not entitled to the services or medications I need. Every time I call her office, her staff get right on the situation to resolve the issue in real time. I will always we appreciative of the work Leto and her staff have done and continue to do on my behalf.

I was a union officer for 30 years at a factory in Wilson. Decades ago we started getting involved in helping our members with worker comp claims. For the last twenty years or so we worked with Leto. She was fantastic!!! I was disabled at work and she settled my claim for $260k after her fee. This was not unusual. She handled a number of other people's claims just as well. My daughter was involved in an auto accident and Leto and her associate got her a settlement after a jury trial. Previously review Ms.Copeley on Sept 6. There was a miscommunication and after contact with Ms. Copeley we were able to discuss the situation and came to a resolution. I appreciate the fact that she took time out of her schedule to speak with me to make sure I was ok with everything and that I felt my case was handled appropriately. I would definitely recommend her to a colleague.
