First of all, I submitted my request to Maria late December, during the holiday season. Maria was personable, responsive, and got the lease agreement back to me in record time. She advised and educated me on the NC lease agreement landmines and helped me to avoid them contractually. Very appreciative of her attention to detail and thoroughness in this situation.

Attorney Maria Singleton is truly amazing at what she does. From the very first day, Maria dedicated herself to me and my outlandish case(s). My Fiancé and I were having issues with a landlord that was trying to take advantage of us with a house rental. I will be the first one to tell you that I am not very good with legal issues, so our situation with our landlord was getting a bit overwhelming. Maria has represented me on numerous cases and came out on top in every one.. she is dedicated to showing the court the right angle in an obtuse world.. she's a true " bulldog" in the courtroom.. she shows respect to all counsel and judges but make no mistake if they are not correct on their judgement, she will make it known.. Attorney Perry represented me in a contract matter with my landlord. It was a nightmare situation in which I was paying top price for a substandard house with a landlord who refused to repair, exterminate or maintain the home - all while attempting to charge me for damages that were already present.
