Duke is an incredibly exceptional school with a spectacular campus and phenomenal buildings. It has great facilities and tremendous libraries in which you can find almost all necessary resources and books. Although Durham, the city, is quite boring for a person who comes from CA like myself, its quietness and tranquility help students get things done rather than being unduly distracted. The Blue Devils and coach K have been a source of pride and inspiration to all Dukies. In short, Duke provides high quality education in one of the most beautiful campuses nationwide.

Lovely campus, with almost 9000 acres! Huge trees and grand lawns frame Gothic architecture which themselves house state-of-the-art labs and lecture halls. Duke's research grants are famous for being generous, even for undergraduate students. Keep in mind, though, that the admissions rate is very very low, so you probably won't get in.
