This guy is so good that he got my DUI and resisting arrest double-trouble case dropped despite an extremely high breathalyzer reading and the existence of a bodycam video of me legging it away from the police towards the safety of my house for a few seconds before being tackled. Robert DiDomenico isnothing short of a legal black belt, a true professional who can turn the dark power of bureaucracy against itself and allow you to escape unfair permanent consequences, all for a reasonable price. He is a wizard who works with legal databases in place of ancient scrolls. In court I could hear him behind the wall arguing with the prosecutor, obviously fired up about getting me the best result in my case, and it's that kind of dedication that ensured I actually did beat the charges. Of course, your results may vary based on the details of your own case, and he did tell me that it would be difficult and unlikely to get this kind of ideal result. If I remember correctly, what happened is that when they pulled me over they had shaky probable cause to actually get me out of the car and/or breathalyze me or whatever, and he threatened to take my case to trial on this basis. The prosecutor wanted to avoid this because it would make her look bad to not convict immediately with a plea deal, clogging the jury trial system with a case that's much less important than, for example, a murder or something legitimately horrible like that. I am no longer an (active) alcoholic and no longer drive drunk, and I thank Robert for my currently bright career prospects as an engineer, saved from the possibility of background checks coming up dirty.

This is a five star firm. I turned to them for help with a speeding ticket. Telephone calls are answered and help given in a timely manner. I did not have to appear in Court. The conclusion of my case was phenomenal.

Robert was hired by my teenage son to help resolve several charges that stemmed from one traffic stop. The charges were significant and could have impacted my son for the rest of his life, despite it being a one-time mistake that hurt no one. Robert was patient, explaining the potential impact of the charges and clearly outlining what my son could expect. He worked with the DA to negotiate pro-active steps that my son could make to take responsibility for his mistakes while also giving him hope of an outcome that wouldn't scar his record forever. Through partnership with Robert, my son completed these requirements (courses and community service) to get the charges reduced. BUT the biggest praise for Robert came during a period after we thought the case was over. Due to a clerical error, some of my son's charges were split between two different cases and court dates. After a no-show for one of these cases (that neither my son or Robert were aware of), my son's license was revoked and significant fines were imposed. Literally within one hour of me contacting Robert, he had gone to the court house, identified the errors, met with the DA (during which the charges in this second case were dropped), and was filing paperwork to have the DMV rescind the revocation of my son's license. If my son's license would have been revoked and/ or these charges would have been on his record, I think my son would have taken many steps back in his long, slow improvement he has been making over the last year. I honestly thank Robert for not only quickly solving this legal pitfall, but also being an advocate with impact for a young man who is trying to turn his life around.
