Very helpful with my traffic matter

Matt handled my car accident in Durham a few years ago and made it as seamless as possible! I recommend him to everyone I know.

Unfortunately dealing with an absolute mess with my health insurance after Matt Burkert overpaid a subrogation claim for health insurance claims that were not related to my car accident at all. I have emailed and called with no response from Matt, and have spent hours with health insurance trying to get my money back. Matt's communication was spotty during the process of working through my personal injury claim, but when he didn't respond to my 3rd email, this time asking for a response within 24 hours or I would submit a claim to the NC Bar, I knew he was just ignoring me. I was happy to get a settlement after the accident, but dealing with this issues has added so much unnecessary stress. It would have been easily avoided if Matt 1. had me review before paying subrogation and/or 2. reviewed the medial records he had from the accident. There is not one part of me that wants to make a bad review but unfortunately Matt has absolutely ghosted me after making an error, and I think his future clients should know.

Tyler and Lori are truly Miracle workers, and they honestly care about those whom they represent. With the odds stacked against me, Tyler put in many pain staking hours to give me the best chance possible, and Lori stayed on me to make sure goals are met. They both also made sure I knew all the possible outcomes of my situation, and what it could have been. I would recommend them to anyone who is serious about really needing just one more chance, because they care! Thank you Tyler and Lori!
