I don't recommend. I've had a visceral, atrocious experience. Mr. Garcia was very disrespectful over the phone and I asked him to refrain from repeatedly talking over me. He responded that he was the attorney and I will listen to him. I brought this to Mr. Williams attention and he completely dismissed the concern. On the day of court he showed up more than 3 hours late claiming he had a hearing. I had talked to him that morning and he claimed he didn't need to show. Failure to communicate, extremely disrespectful firm. This is by far the worst lawyer I have ever had to deal with. They have no regard for me or my time. One of the worst people I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. I have never had to deal with a more uncooperative, completely belligerent, dishonest, deceitful disrespectful group of people I have ever dealt with.

Attorney Williams was hired privately to work as a GAL for my child. He has failed to communicate with both parties, failed to complete a report in a timely manner, and overall is lazy. If you want someone professional, empathetic, time-sensitive, and honest-- look elsewhere. We tried to give Attorney Williams the benefit of the doubt, but it is evident, as we have witnessed first-hand, that he does not work in the child's best interest, but rather for the financial gains. A racial slur was casually used upon meeting Attorney Williams. Stay far away!

Eric is compassionate understanding and fights for his clients. He is an amazing lawyer and gives me a fight for my life in court.
