1099-S for real estate transaction is not arrived in timely manner. Multiple emails requesting more information is ignored. Email reply only state it's "not in the mail yet" and no explanation or timeline.

Arges Law Firm was great to work with while closing on our new home. We had a lot of last minute changes to our loan, and Felice worked super hard and late into the night to make sure we could still close on time. We are so thankful to her. Deborah explained all our documents to us super well, and gave us great advice on estate planning for the future. She was also willing to skip her lunch to make sure we could close on time. Alexandra at the front desk was also great and always responded to our phone calls. They really made us feel cared for and made our first time home buying experience special and less stressful. I would definitely recommend them!
