I recently sold my home and purchased a new home WHILE UNDER BANKRUPTCY. I was assisted through this process every step of the way by Ms. Erica NeSmith. She communicated with me and my realtor in a way we could understand and she was available when we needed her through this fairly complex process. Bankruptcy is a scary final attempt to take back your life. I was looking to deal with "uppity" staff members who looked down their nose at me like I had cooties or something. They were anything but! Very nice and knowledgeable staff . Megan Clark made it very easy to understand everything and breeze right through the process. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND John T. Orcutts' Durham office. I worked with Megan in the Durham office & Connie in the Greensboro office. I just want to say thank you for everything.
My husband and myself were threatend by collectors who were trying to take our property, our car and everything we owned. We didn't kmow what to do. I called the law offies of John T Orcutt.
