The moment I entered the Durham office, I could tell my arrival was expected and I was acknowledged with a very professional, welcoming greeting as if they already knew me. This instantly made me comfortable and relaxed and yes, kind of special. I received service immediately, with no waiting. I had to sign some documents that I was allowed to review and they were thoroughly explained prior to handing me the pen. I ran into a personal issue with my bank while in this office that certainly could had prevented my paperwork from being filed on time, however, I barely had time to panic because while tracking my issue, to my amazement, the representative at the office had contacted the other members and the Durham team jumped into action and came up with a resolution at the last minute. They were wonderful and my heroes of the day! I feel very fortunate to have the Durham Law Of Office of John T. Orcutt on my side.

We were very pleased with the services provided. The associate we worked with, April, was very professional, courteous, informative and had a pleasant demeanor. She took the time to explain the process, answer our numerous questions and helped us understand the paperwork. What we originally thought would be a long and expensive process turned out to be a manageable and smooth process. I am happy to recommend this office.

I worked with Merita and she was absolutely amazing. I of course felt horrible having to file but she explained that this doesn't make me a bad person.
